Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of the OSHA 30Hour Construction course, participants will be able to:

- Recognize and evaluate common construction hazards, including OSHA’s Focus Four hazards
- Apply accident prevention principles to daily construction operations
- Understand employer and employee rights and responsibilities under the OSHA Act
- Demonstrate awareness of supervisor and management responsibilities for safety compliance
- Support the development and implementation of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and site safety controls
- Promote a proactive culture of safety through leadership, communication, and enforcement
