About Our Instructors
Rodelio T Viado RSP STS HTS CSM
President/CEO, Senior Safety Trainer
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Currently working as Corporate Senior Safety Specialist at American Engineering Corporation, develop and oversee the implementation of the company’s EHS program, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards, USACE EM 385 1-1, OSHA and best practices. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has developed strong expertise in EHS management, training, and certification.
In addition, he also serves as the Vice President at the OSHA Institute for Safety Professionals (USA), where he trains professionals in DOL OSHA US Courses. He serves for a decade as the Board of Governors for ASIA PACIFIC at the International Board of Environmental Health and Safety USA, providing certification programs for Registered Safety Officer (RSO) and Registered Safety Manager (RSM) examinations in the Asia Pacific region. The founder and President of RODECH Training Services link Intl Inc which he established in 2004 where he designed the first ever Safety Officer Training Course and International diploma in OSH for construction, petrochemical and oil & gas industry in the Philippines. The main objective is to qualify Filipino workers to become EHS professional worldwide. My mission is to promote safety awareness and excellence in the industry.
