About the President & CEO
Rodelio T Viado RSP STS HTS CSM
President/CEO, Senior Safety Trainer
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and currently serves as the Corporate Senior Safety Specialist at American Engineering Corporation. In this capacity, he leads the development and implementation of the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements, USACE EM 385-1-1, OSHA standards, and global best practices.
With over 20 years of professional experience, he has established himself as a leader in EHS management, training, and certification. His expertise has significantly contributed to advancing workplace safety performance and fostering strong safety cultures across various industries.
In addition, he is the Vice President of the OSHA Institute for Safety Professionals (USA), where he conducts Department of Labor (DOL) OSHA training programs, equipping professionals with internationally recognized safety competencies.
He has also served for a decade as a Member of the Board of Governors (Asia-Pacific) for the International Board of Environmental Health and Safety (USA), where he supports certification programs for Registered Safety Officer (RSO) and Registered Safety Manager (RSM) across the region.
As the Founder and President of RODECH Training Services Link International Inc., established in 2004, he pioneered the first Safety Officer Training Course and International Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the Philippines, specializing in construction, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries. His programs are designed to develop globally competitive Filipino safety professionals ready for international opportunities.
